Frank Franciosi has been a past president of the USCC, and has been involved with its Professional Credentials Committee and Compost Operator Training Course. He also has been involved in the USCC Seal of Testing Assurance (STA) for 16 years and is a strong advocate.
He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, operations management, residuals management, training, executive planning and administration.
